Debt Management
Debt management consists of a customized payment plan on the total debt,
usuallyoffered at a much reduced interest rate without late fee and penalties. This
results in getting out of debt faster.
A well know form of debt management is The Snowball Effect or The Roll Up. Like
a real world snowball, the debt snowball starts with making small payments
towards your debt, and as debt is eliminated, your payments towards your
remaining debts are larger and larger until all your debt is eliminated.
For example:
Joe has 3 credit cards.
X @ 12.9% with a balance of $1200
Y @ 17.9 with a balance of $500 and
Z@23.9% with a balance of $400.
Joe will pay more than the minimum balance on the card with the highest interest
rate (Z) regardless of the balance. He will continue to pay the minimum balance on
the rest.
Once Z is paid off, Joe will continue to do the same with the rest.
Now he'll pay as much as possible toward Y while continuing to pay the min
balance on X.
Once Y is paid off Joe will use the remainder of the money toward X.
This method will return the most gain in the least amount of time.

South Beach Credit "Securing Your Financial Future"
Due Diligence
Compare our program to others.
Caveat emptor is Latin for "let the buyer beware"
The axiom or principle in commerce that the buyer alone is responsible for
assessing the quality of a purchase before buying.
At South Beach Credit we strongly believe in that. Our brochure will give you an
example of how much the average person will save by enrolling in our program.
If you have a debt you wish to repay multiply it by .01825. The number returned
is very close to your monthly payment.
For example:
Sarah has three credit cards totaling $30,000 and her minimum payments
totaled is $1,200. Card A is $9,000. Card B is $10,000. Card C is $11,000.
Sarah want to know what her minimum payment will be once she enters the
program. Sarah takes 30,000 and multiplies it by .01825.
The result is 547.50.
Sarah's minimum payment will be around $547.50
